App has been abandoned

This used to be my favorite app. But, since the last update in 2012 there are so many glitches and other issues. I purchased the pro version but, I still get the adds. Im unable to sync my fb birthdays and whats even worse, when I do try to add a new birthday, either that one or later I a different one has been deleted!
I wish the writers would please come back and give a little TLC to this app so it at least works properly again. If they do, I would be happy to to raise my rating.
