Does not notify me of upcoming events. Tried different settings and.....nothing.

Luv this app. Had a different one before, then signed up for this one. No regrets.

This used to be my favorite app to keep up with birthdays. I stopped getting birthday notifications several months ago, even though it was set to remind me. I just tried to sync again with my contacts and I got a notice that says it wont sync because there arent any birthdays in the contacts. Well, thats a complete lie because I update all of my contacts with birthday information. Now the app has deleted ALL birthdays that used to be there from my contacts. I dont have the time to individually input birthdays. I put in a few by hand because they are children for whom I dont need contact info. Now, I have nothing. I REALLY liked this app, especially for the Chinese zodiac info. Now I must find something else. This is very disappointing. These major problems and glitches need to be fixed, especially for those of us who paid for an upgrade. Again, so disappointing.

The app failed to import birthdays from Facebook and my address book, which basically makes it useless for me.

Wish I could award zero stars. App absolutely WILL NOT synch with Facebook. What good is this? Cant find any help to fix. What a HUGE disappointment. DO NOT waste your time.

I think Ive had this app since IP4 and now I have IP6. Overall a great app. One thing, if you manually add contacts to the app, dont sync it with you phone contacts. I did that and it erased the manual contacts and added the contacts from phone so I lost that information. If that makes sense.

Ive tried to import my Facebook contacts 3 times now, and it tells me that the import failed. Am I doing something wrong, or is this an app problem?

The only thing is my upgraded status keeps going away. Seems like I have to restore all the time.

Could not import from facebook

I stopped getting reminders several months ago and have missed peoples birthdays because of it. Plus I was unable to figure out how to delete a birthday, which I would like to be able to do if they pass away. Im done with this app and off to find a more reliable one.

It says you can sync up your Facebook contacts and it never works! I paid for the upgrade and the commercials are gone now but there was no extras added? Says that has lots of exras with upgrade? Not there they need to work on it!

Helpful for those of us who tend to overlook dates.

This app delivers zero functionality on install. No contacts or Facebook downloads worked on first day. Two emails sent to support and no help despite an in-app purchase.

The app was great when I first got it. I purchased upgrade to remove ads & loved it. App has now deleted all data and ads are back. Cannot restore nor get birthdays from contacts or Facebook anymore. Customer service reads complaints but does not reply (on Facebook, anyway). Dont waste your money. Find something else if your information is important to you.
